REJECTION OF WOMEN IN SOME WORK FIELDS

This topic as interesting as it sounds, is being a problem since the beginning of times, since men has always being seen as a figure of power.

Discrimination and bad manners towards women are seen since forever and haven’t change much, maybe there have being success in the way the government or the one in charge of a country reacts. Today many women are being harassed and not value, and this is because women not feeling with the capacity of react and make an end with the way they have being treated during the years. Women have felt overvalued and not accepted, because for society they are not capable.

One of the ways women have being rejected is in work and the way they have to make a change to be even close to be accepted make them be more aggressive. Any job will try to make an excuse to not accept women thinking they are not capable, knowing also that women are the ones who have the lowest salary in the business or any type of job. For the society women are lack of experience and because their delicate way of being are not the strong enough to keep a position.

Women is clearly rejected in work fields since the world just saw them as a tool and not as a good, also women have being rejected for not being good enough when they are pregnant, making pregnancy look as a disease, the conditions of work for them are just not fair even knowing that the obstacles as this ones have being improved by the law ending any type of discrimination but not making an instant reaction.

All of this are just taboos, being the ideals of past generations and civilizations, since women always were  in charge of the kids and the house. These ideals have being the mayor cause of men behavior. Kids are the ones who need to feel the change, since they learn everything they see at home and the way their mothers are treated make a huge influence in the way they are going to treat other women.

The good thing is that women get tired and started to defend what they are and what the valued about  themselves and the society. Women are not just a mother and wife role, they are much more, they are a symbol of strength and  making them something to be proud of, something big and important. Women are the ones who behind men, create and take care of what no one can do.

My opinion is that the world need to start facing that being a woman is just incredible and beautiful, that because we work doesn’t mean we are going to let our children alone or our home in bad conditions and because we are delicated doesn’t mean we are not capable and strong. My solution is to make proyects were women are the ones in charge, were women are the ones who talk to the society, to read and tell their stories and also be the ones who bring the voice of hope to the other women who doesn’t have the courage to face reality because they are afraid. I think that this is all cause of culture and education, since at the end family is what makes and build  who you are.

And because women is compared to men and be judge by their actions in a unfair way, doesn’t mean that they are going to desist, since they are smart, fierce, bold and adventurous to make a big impact in the world.
